We invite you to take a look at our Web Site and get a feel for the place you will be staying. We offer a new, second floor apartment in a modern building, with a nice view. In front of the building is a park filled with green grass and wonderful flowers. Our place is located in the beautiful, residential neighborhood of Chacarilla in the district of Surco, city of Lima.
It is a family environment where you can find many facilities in just a walking distance. There are Shopping centers, Fast food, Peruvian and International restaurants. Movie theaters, a gym, swim centers and a lovely playground with different attractions for all ages, especially for children. Like a train ride, children’s theater and boat ride.
It is near to the business and financial center of Chacarilla. The main offices of the most important Mining Companies in Peru are located in this area. Main tourists areas like Gold Museum, National Museum, - for those who are interested in the history of Peru-, city of Miraflores, city of Barranco, and beaches, are a few minutes driving from our place.
Access to the building has a 24 hour security guard. The 2 car garage is on the first floor. You can reach the apartment either through the elevator or the stairs.
Our apartment is furnished and nicely decorated with new, deluxe furniture and appliances. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry area.
There is cable TV, High speed Wi-Fi Internet and a telephone with local service.
You will find entire household items, linen and your personal things will be safe. You will feel just like at home.
It is important to mention the restrictions of the building for the well-being of all residents: It is a non-smoking building and pets are not allowed.
We will be very glad to host your visit and make it enjoyable. There will be information accessible if you would want to visit other places like: Cusco, Huaraz, Puno, etc.
